Out-of-Network Coverage

  • Coverage for services may vary between health insurance providers and employee benefit plans. Please reach out to your insurer to understand how your plan reimburses for psychotherapy services. Here are some questions to ask your insurance provider to clarify your benefits:
    • Does my health insurance plan include benefits for mental health?
    • Is there a deductible? If so, what is the amount, and have I met it?
    • Does my plan impose any limits on the number of sessions I can have each calendar year? If yes, what is that limit?
    • Do I need prior written approval from my primary care physician for my services to be covered?

Sliding Scale Fees

We offer a limited sliding-scale fee structure based on income or financial hardship, available exclusively for our existing clients.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept debit cards, all major credit cards, HSA/FSA, and most major insurances for payment. For clients paying in cash or through third-party payment methods, a credit or debit card will be kept on file to cover any no-shows or late cancellations. As the payment for services is ultimately the patient's responsibility, your card will also be charged if your insurance claims are denied. Therefore, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the behavioral health section of your policy by contacting the customer service number on your insurance card and asking the questions listed above.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a session, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
