I develop my therapeutic approach to fit your unique needs, drawing from Family Systems, CBT, and Solution Focused techniques. By blending these methods, I help individuals gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change. For over 33 years, I have been dedicated to helping others navigate life’s challenges. Being a therapist allows me to create genuine connections and witness the power of growth and transformation firsthand. Helping individuals find clarity, resilience and positive change is not just my profession-it’s my passion.
My initial goal would be to help you create meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels both achievable and empowering. Together, we will set realistic, client-focused goals that meet your unique needs, strengths and aspirations. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or life transitions, I will guide you in developing practical strategies that foster individual growth. Our work together is not about quick fixes but about building a strong foundation for lasting well-being.
My specialties include anxiety. depression, relationship struggles, trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, grief and aging issues to name a few. I use a varied combination of modalities based on the client’s individual needs. I work with adults age 18 and over, couples included.
When not working, I enjoy many hobbies, volunteer work, and spending time with family and friends. I am a big pet lover and love being around animals as well.
Our first session is all about creating a comfortable, supportive space where you can share your concerns, experiences and goals for therapy. We’ll explore what brought you here, discuss your expectations, and begin shaping a care plan specifically for your needs. This process is entirely client-centered, meaning we move at your pace, ensuring you feel heard, understood and safe.
