Dr. Elen Tylkin brings over 45 years of dedicated experience in mental and behavioral health, offering invaluable oversight to Silver Lining clinicians and clients alike. Her extensive background in working with multicultural communities and individuals across a wide age spectrum equips her with a deep understanding of diverse mental health needs.

Board-certified, Dr. Tylkin completed her medical training at Far East State Medical University in Russia in 1972, followed by her board certification at Rosalind Franklin University Chicago Medical School and residency at Seton Hall University School of Health and Medical Sciences Program.

Her expertise spans various conditions, including anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, and autism spectrum disorders. Fluent in both English and Russian, Dr. Tylkin is committed to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care. Her wealth of experience ensures that Silver Lining’s clinicians are well-supported and that clients receive the highest standard of care tailored to their unique circumstances.e
