Struggling through life? I provide therapy for clients who want relief sooner than later. I’m a therapist for those facing life transitions and adulting challenges. I accentuate my clients’ ability to overcome challenges through strength-based and solution-focused counseling in Illinois. I apply counseling for identity, self-esteem, and personal growth. I enjoy helping healthcare workers overcome their unique obstacles, having worked extensively in the field. I’ve experience supporting clients with substance use, addiction, and behavioral challenges. I specialize in working with older clients who face later-life obstacles. 

I’m passionate about using my experience to support those around me in these uncertain times. With a professional background in helping LGBTQ+ clients, I have experience helping folks from all walks of life find joy in the face of existential challenges.
