Tatyana Beryozkin

Director of Clinical Services, Home Health

Tatyana Beryozkina, RN, BSN serves as the Director of Nursing at Silver Lining Home Health, where she is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while leading a team dedicated to clinical excellence. A graduate of Rush University College of Nursing, Tatyana began her career in the Intensive Care Unit, where she spent six years caring for critically ill patients. Witnessing many of those patients continue their recovery at home inspired her to transition into home health, allowing her to support individuals throughout their journey toward renewed independence and improved quality of life. She believes that exceptional care begins with empathy, respect, and strong collaboration, and she is passionate about empowering her clinical team to deliver the highest standard of care. Tatyana is driven by the belief that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life, both within the healthcare setting and throughout the community. Fluent in English and Russian, she enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and families from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, Tatyana enjoys staying active, traveling—especially to the Caribbean—and spending time with her family, friends, and daughter. She also has a passion for crime and investigative documentaries, a hobby that her loved ones jokingly say reflects her talent for solving even the most challenging mysteries.
