Operations Manager, Behavioral Health

Since starting in healthcare in 2019, I’ve been passionate about helping people feel supported and confident as they move through the care process. In my role as Operations Manager at Silver Lining Behavioral Health, I work closely with our clinical team to make sure everything runs smoothly—and that every client feels truly welcomed, cared for, and connected to the services they need.

I love being part of an environment where people don’t just receive care—they feel understood. I’m focused on clear communication, thoughtful support, and removing any barriers that could make the process feel overwhelming. My hope is that from the moment someone reaches out, they feel at ease and in good hands.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, walking, and traveling. I am fascinated by architecture and history, and I love discovering the stories behind the places and cultures I visit.
